How to order
Create your artwork and format your designs! Be sure to follow the guidelines and formatting instructions on this page as you place your artwork on our templates. If you’d like, we can take care of the formatting for a small fee.
Fill out our order form and confirm your order details to send your order to us!
Please note that we no longer require a naming scheme for the files, our form will automatically rename them according to the information you input.
You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order request.
We will review your order and your files! (Expect this to take about one business day). If necessary, we’ll voice any concerns with your order and answer any questions posed on our submission form.
We will send you a PayPal invoice if everything looks good to go! Production will begin once the invoice is paid.

File setup

If you’d like, we can setup your file for you for a fee of $5 per design. Just provide us your high res artwork and follow the file naming scheme above and we’ll handle the rest!
Layers
Artwork A - For clear acrylic charms, this is the side that shows underneath the acrylic and becomes a mirrored image on the final physical charm.
Artwork B - This is the layer of artwork printed on top of the white ink. This layer does not become mirrored. For single sided charms on materials other than clear acrylic, this is the layer you will want to place your artwork on. For double-sided clear acrylic charms, make sure that this layer perfectly overlaps the “Artwork A" and “White” layers! If you intend to make clear acrylic charms with the same artwork on both sides, you will want to duplicate your artwork to this layer.
White - Designate where white ink will go on this layer. By default, you will want white ink underneath the entirety of your design as this makes for the most vibrant printing, but interesting effects can be achieved by selectively placing the white ink.
Cut - Designate the cut outline with a black silhouette. Please expand the silhouette at least 15 pixels beyond your artwork. The easiest way to do this is to use the selection tool on the empty space of your artwork layer, modify > contract 15 pixels, invert selection, and then fill black with the paint bucket tool. A 20-25 pixel border is recommended if you like to see more of the acrylic material surrounding your design (recommended for specialty materials!).
Hole - Designate the placement of the hole. The hole can either be a loop of acrylic expanding beyond your artwork, or the hole can be placed within the body of the charm - though it should not intercept the artwork. You’re free to increase the size of the hole, but it is not recommended to make the hole any smaller than as it appears on the template. You’re also free to duplicate and create multiple loops and holes!
